The Distinguished Service Award (DSA) is administered by the District Foundation, to honor a Kiwanian for exceptional committee work or service performance, usually designated by a Club's Board of Directors.
The President of Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis club gives a brief description of the service performed by the member who has “gone the extra mile.” The Distinguished Service Award is then presented personally by the Governor of the Cal Nev Ha District during the annual Official Governor’s visit.
$150 contribution is made by the club to the Cal Nev Ha Foundation.
